Join us for a powerful evening celebrating 21 years of impact with Keynote speaker Roland Bynum & a special tribute to community awardees.
On behalf of Pathway From Boys To Men, Inc. (PFBTM), we are excited to invite your organization to become a valued sponsor of our 2026 Annual Charity Gala, taking place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, from 6:30p.m.-8:30p.m. at 5 Star Catering in Rancho Cucamonga, California.
This year is especially meaningful as Pathway From Boys To Men celebrates 21 years of dedicated service to the Inland Empire and surrounding communities. Our Gala is more than an annual celebration-it is an opportunity to recognize the individuals and organizations making a difference in our communities while raising critical funds to continue our work.
For more than two decades, PFBTM has been committed to providing resources, mentorship, education, and opportunities to underserved men, women, youth, and families. Through programs focused on career and job readiness, job referrals, life skills development, financial literacy, mentorship, and exposure to alternative career pathways, we help individuals develop the skills, confidence, and resources necessary to pursue greater self-sufficiency and long-term success.
Our commitment to the community was recognized in 2019 when Pathway From Boys To Men was named Nonprofit of the Year by then-Assemblymember Freddie Rodriguez of California's 52nd Assembly District.
Guiding the Next Generation of Leaders
This year's Gala will highlight the theme “Guiding the Next Generation of Leaders,” reflecting our continued commitment to preparing young people for their futures while recognizing those who have demonstrated leadership and service within our community.

Our fundraising goal for this year's Gala is $25,000-$50,000. Funds raised will help PFBTM expand its reach and continue providing life-changing programs and services that foster opportunity, self-sufficiency, financial empowerment, career exposure, and positive growth for individuals and families throughout the community.
We have developed several sponsorship opportunities designed to provide meaningful recognition and visibility for our community partners. Sponsorship levels range from $1,000 to $7,500, including Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum opportunities. Benefits and recognition associated with each level are outlined in the accompanying Sponsorship Flyer. We also welcome the opportunity to discuss in-kind contributions that can support the Gala and our programs.
By partnering with Pathway From Boys To Men, Inc., your organization will gain visibility among a diverse audience of local businesses, corporations, churches, unions, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, families, and residents. More importantly, your investment will directly support our ability to create opportunities and strengthen communities throughout the Inland Empire—an area that is too often overlooked despite its tremendous growth, talent, and need for resources and investment.
We would be honored to have your organization join us as a sponsor and community partner. Our goal is to secure sponsorship commitments by September 30, 2026, and we welcome the opportunity to discuss the sponsorship level or partnership that best aligns with your organization.
Thank you for considering an investment in Pathway From Boys To Men, Inc. and the communities we serve. Together, we can continue guiding the next generation of leaders and creating pathways to opportunity for years to come.

I am writing to express my heartfelt gratitude for the generous gift of $1000 towards the repair of my car. Your contribution has made a significant difference in my life and I am incredibly grateful for your kindness and generosity.
I cannot express how relieved I am to have received your donation, as I was facing a signifcant financial burden with the unexpected repair costs. With your help, I am now able to have my car repaired and safely back on the road. Your contrbution has given me peace of mind, and I can now focus on my daily actitvities without worrying about the safety of my vehicle.
Once again, I would like to extend my deepest appreciation for your generosity. Your kindness and compassion have touched my heart, and I will always remember your act of selflessness. I promise to pay it forward by helping others in need, just as you have helped me. Thanks you again for your incredible generosity and support. ~ Sincerely, S G.
Hello everyone,
I wanted to send a huge, heartfelt thank you for your absolutely incredible support recently. Honestly, it's hard to put into words just how much your generosity has meant to me during what's been a really tough and uncertain time. I'm truly overwhelmed with gratitude.
Because of your kindness, I've been able to keep a stable and safe home for both my niece and me, which has been such a massive relief. It's also allowed me to keep my focus on work, ensuring I can continue to build a secure future for us. Knowing that we have a warm place to come back to, and that I can maintain my professional life, has made an immense difference.
More than just the practical help, your support has lifted an enormous weight off my shoulders. The daily anxieties and stress that were really building up have significantly eased, making our everyday lives so much more manageable and hopeful. It truly feels like a lifeline, and I'm so thankful for the peace of mind you've helped create. Thank you, from the very bottom of my heart, for everything. ~ E.L.
Dear Sponsors, I would like to thank you for your generous help who sponsored me and my family to keep our warming cozy home. As there can be difficult times, your generous help has made a tremendous impact on our cause and we would like to express our sincere appreciation. I'll be forever grateful! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. God bless you all. Sincerely, M.G.
Yesterday I received really good news about my application for the assistance that I applied for. I have no words to explain how thankful I truly am. I feel extremely blessed that God heard my prayers through this one phone call I made to Diana Randolph and then finally came across you. I am excited to meet you and thank you in person as well for this great gesture. My kids and I will be able to finally be at peace knowing we will still have a place to call home. I do not only want to take, but I also want to offer help in any way I possibly can to another in need. Thank you so much again for your help and may God bless you for all that you do. Sincerely, P.
Diana, I would like to thank the sponsor for rescuing me and my granddaughter in this time of need. If the sponsor didn't step in to help us, we would have been facing a Summons and possibly an eviction. Since my daughter died I have been doing my best to raise my granddaughter. God has been with me every step of the way. It's amazing how he sends Angels like you to make a major impact in our lives. I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Love, D.
